Interactions with Other ingredients:

Synergistic effect in protection when used with mexoryl LX; acidic and needs to be neutralized, usually with triethanolamine in sunscreen formulations.

Safety Concerns:

Considered safe due to low percutaneous absorption- less than 0.16% penetrated the skin of human volunteers. There has been no evidence of hormone disruption and skin allergy is rare.
